05/31/2023, 4:26 PMOn sales orderlines, we have ”drop ship” button for some items but not all. Neither of them are marked as ”drop ship” items.. all have preferred vendor. What can cause that?

05/31/2023, 5:54 PModd, hard to say really - the lines aren't closed or anything right? i don't think you need a location set on the line items but that's another thought - obviously also assuming the sales order is not pending approval
