Anybody faced a 'Record does not exist' issue when Taking Ownership of Inbound Shipments and can provide some starting points to debug why its happening? For context, this is happening for every inbound shipment we attempt to take ownership of.

nvm. apparently if you test inbound shipments on refresh PO data it doesn't work 🥴.
If you encounter this, just make a copy of the PO and test against that order.

"on refresh PO data" as in PO's created in Prod that are then copied over to Sandbox?

Yes @David B if you are testing Inbound shipments the po must be created in sandbox. It cannot be made in prod then copied to sandbox through a refresh

that's great, thanks for confirming. I'm trying to get inbound shipments implemented.
Going to ask #C2SGFFVLG if anyone's managed to get the 'Available To Promise' feature to work with the dates on inbound shipments. Appreciate your input if you've also used them together

To get that to work you’ll need supply allocation. The ATP is separate
Supply allocation will link your inbound shipments with orders and earliest availability

@David B we are not. I will say that we are doing some customization on top of this to facilitate some advanced PO forecasting and finding a few oddities that I'd be happy to share lessons learned on if it makes sense.
