Is there a way to have incoming emails attach themsleves to contacts/companies. I know replies to emails created in NS will attach, I am speaking of new unsolicited emails. We use gmail here.

@Scott LaBombard not natively and even if there was it could get complicated because most NetSuite accounts have a fair amount of duplicate or orphaned contacts (ie contacts not associated to companies). With an app like CloudExtend Outlook users can manually assign an email address to the proper NetSuite record (even beyond contacts and companies) and from that point forward all new emails that are ever sent to/from that email address will be associated with the NetSuite record. So a small effort up front but a larger payoff because users control the record attached to.
