Under the Custom PDF Layouts, I can see that "Standard Packing Slip Layout" is selected as "Preferred"; however, when I select Customize, it doesn't look close to what I see when I print the Item Fulfillment.

05/26/2023, 1:37 PMIf you have "Printing Type: Basic" selected, you are configuring/editing the template using the fields below the selection. If you have "Printing Type: Advanced" selected then you will edit the template under Advanced PDF/HTML Templates as you have been doing.
