Most major providers have a prebuilt connector (Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc). NetSuite also has their own (used to be far app) as well that you can buy in the App Store. You can also build one using a RestLet if you are familiar with suitescript

Which system will be the master? If it’s Netsuite as master updating Shopify, then you need the Shopify Inventory ID’s in Netsuite on the item record. If you have that, it’s relatively straightforward. Also, watch out for Shopify’s rate limit of 2 or 4 transactions a second. You can easily exceed that with this integration.
