how do i create a saved search that shows me all repeat customers (customers > 1 sales orders or cash sales)
c
Some type of summary criteria where internalID count is greater than 0 or 1
Or group by customer and count internal IDs and sort by the count
f
Oh I see, can I filter by a grouped (count) in a saved search?
I added a summary filter (count) on a Transaction saved search for
Customer Fields... internalID
> 1, but it still returns the exact same number of rows as without that summary filter. Do you know why?
c
it's not customer internal ID
it's a transaction search where internal ID is greater than 1
grouped by customer sorted by count of transaction internal ID
and make sure you pick the transaction type in question
f
okay sounds good, but would you be able to help me understand the point of doing a transaction search summary criteria for internal ID > 1? Wouldn't that just filter in transactions that have the same internal ID? @Castor
c
@Fernand Gonzales do you want to zoom briefly
f
@Castor sure, that would be awesome. Would you be able to email an invite to fernand.g@olsatools.com?
@Castor?
c
Crazy day apologies are you free now?
f
I'm so sorry @Castor, I didn't see your message until now lol
If you wouldn't mind, we can skip the back and forth if you have any time to book me here!
@Castor I think I figured it out! So would you be okay with cancelling tomorrow's 9 o'clock?
c
@Fernand Gonzales sure no problem, we're here to help no matter, do you want to send a screenshot?
f
sorry, screenshot of what exactly @Castor?
c
of the results/summary criteria unless you feel confident you have it 100%
f
Oh, I think I have it 100%, but thank you so much for the help!
