Has anyone done an integration from Amazon to NetSuite for either EDI or direct data extraction into NetSuite.
e
Yes I have for Amazon FBA transactions via the SP-API (Seller Platform API)

Cool, thanks for the reply. This is actually the reverse situation, technically. Company orders products using their Amazon Business account for their customer and the product ships to the customer. They need to capture this in NetSuite on a PO and create a new special order item for the product ordered. Does Amazon provide API’s to grab orders from that account so I can create an Item and PO for that order in NS?
They are not a seller, they are the buyer, buying on behalf of their customer. They do on average, 2 of these types of orders per day and have to manually create the Item and PO. They want that time back.

This sounds kinda like Punchout, a SuiteApp for Netsuite. https://www.suiteapp.com/Punchout-for-NetSuite

Right so the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp is way overkill for what these guys need. I looked at Punchout already and it didn’t seem to provide what I’m looking for.
It seems Punchout is so that you can buy products off Amazon from your ERP. What they want to do is buy products on Amazon and then pull those purchases down into NetSuite.
Also, NetSuite is not configured as a Purchasing System in Amazon.

So they're more like dropshippers?
k
Sort of.
They are buying random products on Amazon for their customers. For example. customer comes into the store to buy a shovel. They also want an LED TV. They don’t sell LED TV’s. They buy the customer an LED tv on the spot through their Amazon Business Account and ship it to the customer. They then need to create a PO in NetSuite with this new item. They do that manually right now and want to automate that. Which I can do if I can figure out where the Amazon API’s are from a Amazon Business Account perspective.
I setup my own business account and can’t find anything of the sort.
I setup the NetSuite Connector for Amazon. Now I’m running into this error when testing product mappings.
This product is excluded from posting by a mapping rule. Reason: Arithmetic mapping rule for field item-price encountered an error.
The
item-price
mapping isn’t editable and searching SuiteAnswers turned up a single unrelated error. Any ideas?
