Hi, Is there any possibility to set Next Approver on a specific custom role? For example, if specific criteria met, Next Approver is a specific role. Thanks in advance for any inputs!

add the condition in your Add button action of "User Role = [the role youwant]"

That's right, but who is the Next Approver in the Next Approver list? I understand the order can be fulfilled by the role that is added in the Condition of Add Button. But my issue is the Next Approver.

It sounds like you'll need to structure your workflow so that a Next Approver list is not utilized as it does not seem applicable to your requirement.

Setup a dummy employee record called role Approver (or whatever you want) and set the field to that dummy employee
