The above is the url generated for a file in file cabinet but when I created the same file in other account, the url generated is not in same format. Below is the url generated in other account.

How can I get the same url format ?

First off, it looks like the first URL is from a production account and the second one is from a sandbox account. Secondly, the first URL looks like it's from a Website (Site Builder?) hosted in NetSuite, whereas the second one is a link directly to a file in the file cabinet.

It is not a site builder website url, it is a file url in my test drive account.

is one of them checked available without login?
