Hi, i am trying to update employee record with supervisor. when i am editing employee record, i can't find specific employee in the supervisor field. but in the other end, if i am trying to update another employee record, i can find the wanted supervisor in the list. they are all under the same subsidiary, they all active, i am using standard supervisor field. what am i missing?

Hey, I suspect the supervisor you are trying to assign is lower in the 'org chart' tree than the employee. For example, if you are trying to assign Mary as John's supervisor, but Tom is Mary's supervisor. And John is Tom's supervisor. Netsuite is not going to allow you to set Mary as John's supervisor. John > Tom > Mary Mary therefore can't be John's sup You can try unassigning 'Mary's' supervisor to confirm that is your issue
