I have a vendor return authorization approval workflow. When the VRA is approved, it should automatically transform it into a Bill Credit. It works but I am getting this error (it’s just annoying and confusing to users: “That operation can only be performed when there is a transaction in progress”. I already tried creating a separate state for the Transform action but I am still getting the same error.

Look at your list of workflows - are there two different bundles in the "From Bundle" column for the impacted workflow?

No. They are not linked to any bundle.

Ok. Can you convert your workflow to a scheduled workflow instead?

Unfortunately, it must be real time as much as possible.

every 30 minutes is too delayed? You could have a script written instead
