Has anyone experienced issues with Item Groups with a different Stock Unit of Measure for components having issues with Celigo fulfilling back to Shopify. This is a current system limitation for Celigo and we are looking for a way around. We are going to do some testing with a different base UoM and see if we can get it to work, but then some of our items will be a single sku to buy, stock and sell and other that are sold in pairs but boxed individually will use and Item Group to sell. (not a big deal to me but getting push back from brand managers).

@Tim Franklin I don't have a ton of experience with UoM in NetSuite, but maybe I can help out on the Celigo end. So you have some of your items setup as item groups, and some components within the item group have differrent UoM, right? For example, you have component A with eaches and for component B you have a UoM of case and that case includes 2 eaches? When sending the fulfillment information back to Shopify, what do they expect? Do they know what makes up the item group or they only see it as a singular item?
