As a note, if anyone uses the dunning module I've just seen the following on a client's account. The dunning bundle went through a managed upgrade on 5/15, and as part of that upgrade, 3 of their dunning templates were deleted (or overwritten) and the default templates then used on their dunning procedure. As a result they had statements go out without the correct attachments included. If anyone uses Dunning I would go and check that the dunning templates assigned on the dunning procedure(s) look correct.
