Question - for Integrated Shipping Labels to work correctly in that it bills the customer's shipper account number, do you need to make sure every field is completed here that starts with "3rd party billing" or just "3rd party billing acct number" ?

I would say all the fields. We don't use the integrated shipping labels, but UPS Worldship requires 3rd Party Zip Code to bill 3rd party accounts.
