While I'm here, anyone know of a support group I can join for people that lose their favorite NS consultant? She left - I feel like I just got dumped.

Dude. I've got a client who loves me that just won't give me up even though he's got another manager. I definitely understand your pain though. He said basically the same thing

Well - I'm looking! It was a casual relationship, mostly for triage and random questions.

Find out where she went, take your business there on the condition that you get to work with her.

I had a former client reach out to me recently who predated my current employer... I may have left it on read.

Depending on if they were contracted by another recruitment group, it may be policy. I know I’m not allowed to ever contact a former client for a year.

For what sounds like a small account - it's probably not worth the salt to the former company

Big ones, sure. (not that you aren't important Amanda, but it sounds really intermittent)

That's the hard part, for this I just need a little work, it's not going to make anyone rich.

This is twice for me, booting a consultant is one thing but losing a good one is something else!
