does anyone know anything about NetSuite Premium Tier Cloud Service

it sounds like Netsuite is making it mandatory for some accounts to upgrade?

Yes this is just the next level of service that NetSuite offers.  The service tiers are based on # of users, # of monthly transaction lines and file cabinet storage

If you are too high on one of those 3 points netsuite will ask you to upgrade

eventually they will "make" you upgrade if you stay over on one of those too long

is there a way to lower the amount of storage we are using?

You could delete files from your file cabinet

But only if you are sure you don’t need them
