getFileNamedsearcherror Error: no API version found for 2015_1?

I'm trying to deploy in a Site Builder Kilimanjaro, I have installed the dependencies, overcome a few issues, applying the TBA patches, created the integration record, TBA SC Deployer role and when trying to deploy I got the above error. It does not seem to be related to the patches but more in the backend side. Any missing setting/feature enabled?

Generally it means you haven't applied the TBA patches correctly because those instructions include updates to the API version that is called
