Hi All, Has anyone experienced the following error in the Amazon NetSuite Settlement Transaction to NetSuite Refund flow:
"Failed to save record because Please configure the inventory detail for this line. Settlement details: Settlement Id# xxx , Amazon AFN Order# xxxxx"?
We've tried a few things to resolve the issue, including re-running the flow with a Substitute Item for Serialised/Bin/Lot Items in the NetSuite field, running the flow with and without sublist mapping for "inventory details," and using dynamic mode for the flow. However, the error still persists. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with this issue? Thanks!
