Hi, any possible way to make NetSuite capable of einvoicing and send e-invoice to customers through Peppol? Thanks.

There is an Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp, free for use in a single country and the latest release included PEPPOL support for AU/NZD. I haven't personally used it.

Thanks. looks like Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp is not available in my NZ account.
Thanks @michoel , I found it in the bundle list.

Please note that is not really enough, while it techincally grants you XML creation capabilities there is no routing included. You need to have a 3rd party vendor for this - fast four (well, Zone now) has the rounting etc built-in to the scan & capture solution (that it can also send e-invoices using Basware) The format out of NS does not need to be XML btw, from the 3rd party onwards it will be XML but that is a service provided usually (far from everyone wanting PEPPOL format) You can still use the suiteapp to get an XML file to send somewhere, or upload to a government portal e.g. if its a few customers - but it is quite some work to get it compliant with country-specifics etc. - the out of the box templates are not turn-key

@PWN,thanks for the e-invoicing details, very knowledgeable. Appreciated : )
@PWN sorry to bother, just need to double confirm that Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp is a must-have before we reach to a 3rd party and request for a Peppol access point. I am wondering if any 3rd party could convert our invoice/data and send it through peppol without generating e-invoice in Netsuite. Thanks.

Yes they could, it is not a requirement but it does depend on the 3rd party - there could be some savings by already providing XML (there could be a conversion fee) and some may require it - but it may as well be JSON, or some other type of integration pulling essentially invoice data, arguably a much saner route - otherwise you end up with having to keep an eye on the queue in netsuite before its even ready to send off. The main scenario I have seen with the eInvoicing module was when physical file creation and movement were in scope.

Thanks👍 @PWN
