FWIW, our account (US Phoenix 4) is working fine, but we had the same thing happen to us Monday morningish Eastern Time. Seemed to resolve itself within 15-20min.

If you have APM you could look into it - the Netsuite System part you need to cerate a support ticket for but they sometimes do give concrete feedback (and important to get it logged for account manager discussions)
