nlapiSubmitConfiguration(name)

Use this API to submit changes to a configuration page that was loaded into the system using nlapiLoadConfiguration(type). The following configuration pages support SuiteScript: Company Information, General Preferences, Enable Features, Accounting Preferences, Accounting Periods, Tax Periods. The nlapiSubmitConfiguration function is available in scheduled and Suitelet scripts only. It consumes 20 usage units per call.
