@Karina or anyone, why do deferred waterfall reports change? Do we have something set up incorrectly? I have noticed that if we terminate a subscription with an effective date in the past, and we re run the deferred waterfall, the terminated subscription no longer shows in a historical report. The same thing happened here, the CRD245 was not in the Deferred Waterfall until it was fixed. I have frustrated AR as I dont let them process orders for the following month until Deferred is reconciled. Do we have something wrong with our set up?
