Hi, we have one user in which the NetSuite header and menu's are missing. Does anyone know how to get these back.

Did you try logging out and clearing the browser cache?

I have asked them to do that but will check with them again. They are in a different time zone so who knows when they'll reply.

you could also ask them to try a different browser. If it's working in another browser that's a good indication that it's a caching issue. FWIW every time I've ever had an issue with how the the menu bar is showing (and I've had a handful of issues, not yours exactly, but similar) it's been a browser caching issue.

Thanks, hopefully that's the case. I've asked them to do both - clear the cache and try and alternative browser. I think the user is in Iraq so with time differences I hopefully will hear in the morning.
