Looking for experts on Advanced Bin/Numbered Management, specifically inventory detail, inventory statuses, and dependencies. One of my business partners is having issues entering inventory adjustments for certain items. Netsuite is borking about inventory statuses in the csv upload, however, looking at it via the UI, the inventory detail does not present any inventory status for this specific item. Additional context: they are attempting to take the item to a qty of 0. Im a little vague on the unintuitive gotchas with adv bin mgmt but does anyone have any ideas as to why we wouldnt be able to take certain items to 0? Is there a config on the status or something for inventory available >1 or something like that?

It really is just attributes attached to the inventory. Try running an Inventory Balance saved search on the item and it will give you all the variations that can be adjusted. There's no special 0 or >1 type of restriction natively. The things that can cause pain are when your location inventory < bin inventory or if you have a negative somewhere

yeah, seconding that the inventory detail may have been malformed in a previous transaction. That's normally what I look for first (after confirming, as Rich says, that location qty is not equal to bin on hand qty)
