changing a fiscal calendar is pretty straightforward but is there a way to preserve the reporting from previous years to match? I suppose customizing reports might work or is there a way to use a specific fiscal calendar for a report?

and it seems to work if you don't change the period at all but once you do it no longer seems to work

Basically one of my clients is changing their fiscal year and want to still report prior fiscal years using their old fiscal year (including correct retained earnings and net income calculations)
