I think it's "free" with your NS account. May have to have Oneworld or some type of international package, but last I knew, it didn't cost any extra for the FX download specifically if you had that package.

We do have Oneworld and all other currencies do download automatically.

There's a box on the currency record that says something like "Use currency integration." did that get unchecked? Also, if you truly just added the currency today, you won't get your first direct (aka downloaded) rate until tonight.
