Does anyone have experience with Cybersource payment service with Netsuite? Is it good overall for cc and ACH payments and integrates well with Netsuite? How does it compare with Solupay? Tia. We currently are using Solupay and are considering switching to Cybersource.

CyberSource is a good certified gateway but a bit expensive when compared with the FreedomPay certified gateway. You will want to get a merchant account on the backend and avoid CyberSource for processing: a bit expensive. Not sure about ACH with CyberSource. I have had bad experiences with Solupay and dropped them. What is your monthly CC volume?

I had a bad experience with Cybersoirce as well. Would not recommend We use MerchantE now. They have been great to work with. Also they support ACH payments and a “pay now” link on invoices
