If you’re very high volume it can cause issues for the dunning bundle so check this before buying
You cannot exclude a specific invoice from the dunning process
Be careful when deploying for the first time. You will have to do a staged deployment add your level 1 first then wait x number of days then add your level 2 then wait x number of days then add your level 3

Our client already bought Dunning letter module. I was trying to setuo and research functionality and found the same issues: no more Dunning letter for customer until Dunning level became higher. I would like to redesign templates, but cannot "reset" the customer and recreate templates multiple time... Client wants to choose the best version of templates... Testing is also problem... Just one chance to create Dunning letters (evaluation workflow)

02/27/2022, 3:17 PMRE testing - the workflow is reevaluated when you toggle dunning on/off & save the customer record, so that's the way to test
