02/02/2022, 2:28 PMDoes anyone know why I cannot view the Class & Department lists in the Auto-Create window but I can view the Payee & Location lists? I can confirm that all Classes & Departments are shared across all Subs & I do have the Allow Per-Line Departments and Class feature enabled.

02/02/2022, 3:00 PMFollow up to my own question: my Locations are subsidiary specific so each location is manually assigned to a sub. My Classes and Departments are tagged to the Parent sub and include all children = true. IF I edit a Class and manually select all Subs, then I see the Class appear in the drop-down on the Auto-Create window. Just like the Location list. The system ignore my Class or Department list when they are tagged to Parent Sub and Include all children = true. Should this be a support ticket to NS? Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

02/04/2022, 12:48 AMlot to unpack... maybe above my head.. I would start with Admin priv to ensure it is not a segmentation or priv issue. Hopefully you have a sandbox account. if so you can sync and slowly back off of requirements and restrictions on segmentation and other filters that might be preventing until you find the issue.
