does anyone have experience with NetSuite deleted transactions (specifically credit memos) which have associated avatax? a user deleted credit memos instead of voiding them in NetSuite. i have located the records using a deleted records saved search. in Avalara, the credit memos are still showing up in our reporting and the documents are in a locked status. just wondering if anyone has any experience fixing for something like this?

Yesh...I'd take away the full rights permission for that role (assuming it is not the native administrator role). I would go to https://admin.avalara.com/ and it will show you the transaction detail for those deleted transactions that you found in the delete items record. I'm not sure what needs to be fixed based on your question. I have not seen this internally.
