Now that we fixed the consolidation issue I am noticing in a Save Search the Amount is not the same as a consolidated report even though the save search is set to consolidated rate - per account

Simple fix: User had the period filter set to fiscal year to period so it was including October.   Including a Date filter so they can specify 9/2021 fixes the issue.
