My finance team is asking why all their bank reconciliations have disappeared? The said they reconcile payments each week to make month end quicker. However, they went back and edited an already Reconciled Journal Entry and it erased ALL the reconciliations. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to get the data back? Thanks

If they were choosing to complete later but then set the CoA to use the Match Bank Data - they lost the in process reconciliations. This is documented in SuiteAnswers.
