Hi, Is there a way to pull all the system generated journals?  Thank you!

The transaction Type is ‘System Journal’.

by system journals... do you mean thoes created from amortization schedules, revenue recognition schedules, fixed asset depreciation?

if so transaction type = system journal will not return those entries

not sure what type = system journal returns, but doesnt return anything in my environment

i tried to with type=system journal but it didn’t work

unfortunately it may be a little involved... there's a filter "Is Amortization/Revenue Recognition"

is this filter can be applied in the transaction saved search?

"Is Amortization/Revenue Recognition is True" BUT please validate as i'm not sure if it also includes manual JEs where an amort schedule is specified

i have created a saved search with criteria system notes:set by is “system”

it is pulling all the system generated JEs

is there a way to identify the source for those system JEs?

system notes : type = create
system notes: context = bulk processing

<@U01PRL6794K> amortization JEs might not be created by “system” as systems notes usually logs the person who triggers the amortization process
