When running the default balance sheet financial report in NetSuite (Reports>Financial>Balance Sheet) , some users have reported that when they drill into the detail view from the summary it takes them to the balance sheet detail view for a specific account they click from the summary view (EXPECTED), but there are also other users who are accessing the same native balance sheet financial report who are reporting that when they drill into an account from the summary view it takes them to the general ledger details.. (NOT EXPECTED) Anyone know what could be causing this? I already had both users verify what the Drill Down Report was configured as when they click on the customize button then go to the more options tab. For both users it is the Balance Sheet Detail... I assume the native Balance Sheet financial report should behave the same for all users/roles who have access to the financial report?

there are some weird permission, make sure you have given them appropriate permission
