Hi anyone have a recommendation for Sales and Use Tax management. We are currently looking at Avalara or OneSource. Any thoughts would be appreciated thanks

Is it a SuiteTax environment? ONESOURCE could be fine. If Legacy Tax environment please steer clear.

OneSource doesn’t work with NetSuite legacy tax?

It does. it does not work well in that environment as it was built to look like the SuiteTax version. Lots of custom records for reporting to work around. PTP is a mess. Just go with another provider

Does Avalara work well with Legacy tax in NetSuite

I've implemented years ago (2015) and it was simple. used it at 3 companies. Not a huge fan but it gets the job done. get your reporting requirements figured out before signing anything
