CoA Question: Do you have to use the system-generated NetSuite accounts, or is there any issue with disregarding them? It seems that NS wants to be able to book to them, but some seem to be set up to bypass that, for instance, the COGS account, which you can change in the Item setup.

There are several taht you shouldn't get rid of - the non posting system accounts should not be removed.

they are non summary accounts - normally they aren't numbered - and contain something like "Work Orders" "Sales Orders" etc.
