Is there a way to find transactions that didn't eliminate for a period? We are missing some transactions and trying to figure out the easiest way to find those transactions

Intercomapny Reconciliation report will show you all non-JE transactions. For JE transactions you might want to create a search based on your criteria such as IC account and Eliminate = no
