Hi there, This might be a bit of a long shot! I need to find a report that shows all suppliers balances as of a specific date (31/1/2021). I am trying to use the A/P ageing summary and detail but it is not giving me the results I am looking for. I don't want it to show the balance in intervals just 1 balance as of that date and then all the transactions that make up this balance. Does anyone have any advice please as I have no idea where to go next! Thanks in advance.

Start with a Reports > AP Aging Summary. Customize so that the columns look like

Thank you! For some reason it is not including any of the bill credits that I know are unpaid at that time.

"Bill Credits" do not have a due date, so do not get aged the same way as Bills. On Aging Options try changing to "Transaction Date".
