I have been asked to develop or to find a method of matching the PO, Vendor Bill, and Item Receipt to ensure the PO has both the Bill and the item Receipt. Does anyone know of a way to do this without creating a saved search? I know the 3-way match will work on some details/tolerances, however I don't believe that is sufficient as they want to see all Bills and Item Receipts for each PO.

What's the aversion to the saved search?

None that I can think of, just did not know if there was an easier process.

you can always make the saved search show up as a sublist on the vendor bill if they are wanting to manually review lines associated to that bill.
