Hey, I have a similar issue than in this article:

I have created the custom balance sheet report using criterias 'account number starts with xxx' (screenshot 1). So in this example all account numbers that start with 103 or 104. Still, in the report I get only some of the accounts showing (screenshot 2). I have created more accounts in the chart of accounts afterwards and non of them is showing. But also some of the original accounts that was imported in the first import, are not showing. In the 3rd screenshot is a list of all accounts that belongs to that group (starts with 103 or 104) so these all should show up in the report. I have marked show zeros = true and was not able to find any differences between the accounts in the chart of accounts settings when I compared those that were showing and those that were not. Any ideas what could be causing this?
