Hey, I have a similar issue than in this article: https://netsuiteprofessionals.com/question/recently-added-accounts-not-appearing-in-balance-sheet/ Has anyone faced the same issue before and have a solution? I have created the custom balance sheet report using criterias 'account number starts with xxx' (screenshot 1). So in this example all account numbers that start with 103 or 104. Still, in the report I get only some of the accounts showing (screenshot 2). I have created more accounts in the chart of accounts afterwards and non of them is showing. But also some of the original accounts that was imported in the first import, are not showing. In the 3rd screenshot is a list of all accounts that belongs to that group (starts with 103 or 104) so these all should show up in the report. I have marked show zeros = true and was not able to find any differences between the accounts in the chart of accounts settings when I compared those that were showing and those that were not. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi Aaron sorry I'm not familiar with the language in the screenshot but can you identify anything that distinguishes for example 1041 to 1042 given that they both have zero balances? Ex. do they have a different account type, is one a summary account. And are you using an Admin role?(to rule out any subsidiary restrictions that might be in the account)
Also just a shot in the dark, maybe try to see in Set Preferences>Analytics>Report by Period>All Reports. This has solved a previous issue of mine related to budget reports not sure if it applies here as well.

Have you got "Activity Only" checked in More Options?

I think I recall that even if "activity only" is disabled, you need to have a single transaction on a new account for it to show up. Essentially just book a rounding in both credit and debit and then it should show up.

@C_Billings That too!

@blue The only difference between for example 1041 and 1042 is the name and number. I checked that all the other settings, account type etc are the same. I tried also to change the setting from Set Preferences to All Reports but that did not have an affect. I'll try to remember this setting if I need it later, thanks! @PNJ That is not checked. And @C_Billings Show zeros is checked I will next try what @Watz said, so make some activities to the new accounts and see if that helps!
