What am I missing on this Import? I am trying to add External ID number to a Subsidiary. My error says Internal ID can't be found. But that is the correct Internal id. I have tried the data format as general, number and text all resulting in the same error. Using Accounting/Chart of accounts as my import and record type. It is only two fields! How complicated should this be?? Thx.

yeah i was going to say, i don't think subsidiaries are avaliable for CSV import, so that's probably why it's erroring?

you can also set subsidiary external id via web services. It is very useful to set it - absolute madness that they don't allow it through a normal csv (I guess they have problems when adding subs)
