Hi, has anyone had issues with tax amounts not showing in the reports? I have added all possible tax and tax amount fields I could find on the report customization but non of them is showing any amounts (screenshot). In the bill transaction the tax amounts are correct (both in the body field and the item line field)

Which report have you used as a base?

A/P Register

I could be wrong, but isn't that broken out by posting G/L account, so your VAT will end up on a line by itself, as it will post elsewhere (assuming it isn't excluded in filters). Hard to tell without you showing us the report itself

Try to check thr subfolders in thr Report Builder. Sometimes the field we're looking for isn't so straightforward like instead of Vendor, the field might be under Entity>Name which makes searching the keyword unhelpful. Just a thought.

Thanks for the tips. This is copied from standard Netsuite Report A/P Register. Reports -> Vendors/Payables -> A/P Register. Only difference is that we have added all of the tax fields. Here is a better scrnshot of the complete row. That could be the reason what @PNJ mentioned. @blue I have tried to check from the subfolders also but without any luck. Thanks for the tip anyways.

You could try it also doing it in a Workbook(Analytics tab). I've been playing around with the feature and I've found it's somewhat easier to find some fields compared to the Report Builder. Might have luck there. I think it's just a matter of finding the right field which can get really frustrating admittedly.

I'll check this, have not tested these workbooks before!

It's alot more intuitive than before back in 2019. I experimented on it for about 2 days and I've pretty much gotten a good overview of how it works and how it can be useful. Was pretty impressed.
