I'm looking for feedback on payment gateways for NS like Solupay, Merchant eSolutions, and Cybersource. Do you really like yours? do they have good customer service and decent fees?

I would recommend MerchantE. We have been using them for years. Fees are really dependent on the card brand. If you can, sign up for Level III processing (this may be true for other processors as well). We save like 1-2k a month in fees from the major card brands. MeS support is ok/good. Their back-office website looks like it is from the 00's but it works fine. They do have a reconciliation piece that works within Netsuite and is free. Uptime is stellar. They have some nice features they have recently rolled out. I can go on with a lot more detail, but the short of it is, I would give them an overall score of 4 out of 5. Hope that helps.
