Wanting to print a receipt for a Customer Refund done via external credit card... I only see the option to print when using a check... but would like to be able to send a pdf to the customer showing the actual Refund has been performed. Any idea?

@Kristy Kapsner I have never tried it, but in theory you could create a template under the tab "Communication > Messages > PDF". Then create a template. Or you could create an email template that has all the required information and send the email from within NetSuite.

Hmm... Yes, that could work. We may switch over to using a cash sale as well... I think that's probably the "right" answer...
