does anyone know what drives the available projects on expense reports? my client has created a project in the top level sub, for which it seems many employees have access (those employees are in all the different subs) and that works as intended.. however, some can't ? and I can't seem to figure out the pattern

Three will be something. How about the Login Roles & Department limits? How about "ALLOW CROSS-SUBSIDIARY RECORD VIEWING" Role setting?

yes I tried looking at 2 of those: login roles + allow cross-subsidiary record viewing but it is still not working -> i'll double check the department limits...
