Hi, I have a scenario where i need to create allocation schedule on journals created from Advanced revenue recognition. The allocation schedule does not find these journals to allocate. I created the same journal manually and the function created allocations. Does anyone know if allocation schedule should work on all journals or does it exclude journals created from ARM? Thanks!

Yes, I understand that. But the recalcification schedule is creating a new journal upon the original (in this case created via ARM).

Sorry I lost the plot and read allocation as amortization. I think it would have to do with the specific criteria for your allocations. We haven't had this problem before

I don't see a problem with creating allocation journals created from ARM Journals. Tested it in a sandbox near you...
