Hello all - running into an issue when creating a vendor bill. Under the expense subtab (not items) only the partial Chart of Accounts shows (expenses) I need balance sheet accounts as well - what am I missing?

@Adam Panzer are you selecting in the Category or Account column?

Sorry - account - not using expense categories

Hi there, go to Setup -> Accounting -> Accounting Preferences and under "General" make sure the "Expand Account Lists" box is checked.

Bingo - it was checked - so I unchecked, saved, re-checked and saved and yahtzee
