Anyone using the Bank Feeds Suite App? I have a question about setting up profiles - Is there any reason why it would be bad to set up different banks under separate profiles? In all the documentation I’ve seen, they just put them all under one if the type is the same.

Hi Katy - I believe you have to set it up per bank and link the accounts individually - however you can have them consolidate +hit the same account.

I'm still new to Netsuite, but I have had multiple support calls about the Bank Feeds Suite App recently. One of the things I learned from the support rep was that there can only be 1 format profile and all institutions/banks have to be set up under the single profile. This is just one of the limitations of the Bank Feeds Suite App.

@Charlie - YES!! This is the exact issue we are having! Since one is having issues, we can’t use any of them.

We are hoping that the maintenance scheduled for this weekend fixes our data pull issues... 🤞
