Thanks @KevinJ of Kansas Avatax is not marking certain customer record as exempt, even with 'Exempt' in the exempt ceritificate no. field. per their documentation. This is new behavior in the last week

i'd reach out to Avatax, it sounds like an issue on their end. you can also search the avalara help center, i find it pretty well documented, in case it is something you changed and can fix on your own

Thanks @amy! I've started a ticket with them, but they've been kind of slow. It looks like suitescript issues, so I figured I'd ask here if anyone else has had problems recently
