Has anyone had an experience where income accounts don’t show on any financial reports (income statement, trial balance, etc)? We are in a OneWorld account and one subsidiary no longer can see income accounts, but when you go to the chart of accounts and look at the registers, you can see the transactions there and there is a balance. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

Basic stuff but may still be overlooked: Is the account inactive? Associated to that Subsidiary?

I checked those first just in case someone changed something.

Are these new accounts? Are the reports you're looking at customized reports, or native Netsuite reports?

Native reports and they are not new accounts. We’ve been using them for over 5 years now. They work for all other subsidiaries as well.
